[Eden's Veil]

[Eden's Veil]

Edens Veil was our take on a brighter version of a gothic theme. When we saw the Fractal North, we knew we needed to create a design featuring the case. I personally fell in love with the wood panels and used them to inspire the nature theme of the design. I actually ran into an issue while designing this casebecause I love the base design so much, it felt like adding too many details was taking away from its overall appeal. Edens Veil features a stained-glass-inspired foliage design reminiscent of a botanical observatory, with a simple gothic badge on the front. I felt this was just the right amount of detail to appeal to gothic, plant-loving PC gamers.

[Grimthorn]

[Grimthorn]

Grimthorn was my chance to take the original Edens Veil concept and push it somewhere much darker. I wanted to keep that sense of beauty found in nature, but explore it through toxic plants, shadowy gardens, and a more gothic, macabre lens. The deeper purples and magentas helped give the design a moodier identity, while still letting the botanical inspiration stay at the center of the concept. Overall, I wanted it to feel like a natural extension of Edens Veil, just with a much darker personality.

[Eden's Veil Peripherals]

These peripherals gave me the chance to expand the Edens Veil aesthetic beyond the original product and give people more ways to bring that world into their own setup. I developed both light and dark versions across the keyboards, standalone keycap sets, and deskmats, allowing customers to choose the look that best fit their space. Offering the keycaps separately also opened the design up to custom keyboard builds, while the deskmats helped carry the collections visual language across the rest of the desk.
