Double Trouble was a really fun opportunity to lean into a grungy aesthetic I'd been wanting to try for a while. Even though the artwork has a very anime-inspired style, I wanted the apparel itself to feel much darker and more fashion driven. That led me to experiment with techniques that hadn't really been explored in previous Gamer Supps drops, including chaotic tie-dye treatments and raw-edge fabric appliqué that gave the hoodie a distressed, handmade look. NEKRO's custom metal logo became the visual backbone of the collection, showing up across the hoodie, shirts, joggers, and skateboard deck to create a consistent design language throughout the drop. Looking back, I think this project really captures the kind of apparel I enjoy designing most, and it gave me the chance to push both the aesthetic and the production techniques further than I had on previous collections.
